Enhance Leadership, Communication Skills and Decision-Making

Archery is an ideal group activity, as there's plenty of participation and friendly rivalry between individuals and/or between teams. It's a popular choice for multi-activity days with friends or corporate groups. It is ideal for team building, team development, conference breaks, product launches or garden parties for your employees or clients. Archery could be your solution - making development fun, memorable and rewarding.

Archery is a fantastic team activity, either working in one team to achieve your group goal or to compete against another team to win the day! Your team will enhance leadership skills, communication skills and decision-making.

The format of an event will be basic introductions to the equipment, safety and shooting etiquette, but we do promise to keep it short and informative so that you get to do as much shooting as possible. If you're a newcomer or beginner to archery don't worry we will start with the basics and work up.

After mastering the basic skills we will start coaching at an individual level with some carefully selected games to help to develop specific skill areas.

After a short break to relax arms and swap stories of hitting three gold's and splitting arrows at one hundred paces, we will have a tournament with prizes and honour at stake. Bronze, silver and gold medals will be awarded to the top three archers.
